Looking at city life is one of the most important and most popular urban attractions. People watching is a universal activity that takes place constantly as we walk, stand or sit.

North Sydney Centre Public Domain Review

Current

Place Partners has been engaged by North Sydney Council to deliver the Public Domain Review of North Sydney Centre. The purpose of this review is to capture the current state of the Centre’s public domain and use the analysis to provide directions for a future Public Domain Strategy.

North Sydney Centre Public Domain Review is an assessment of the Centre’s public domain from a placemaking perspective; essentially, how it contributes to the experience of the users of the Centre. Places that are better for people, great to walk in, meet friends and shop, are more resilient and therefore more attractive to investors as well as to workers, residents and visitors. With that in mind, the report identifies and prioritises elements of the public domain that should be explored further in the future Strategy.
